Who we are:

Accenture Song is the worlds largest tech-powered creative group. Within Song, our Design & Digital Products practice helps iconic brands reinvent products, services, and spaces with the best of emerging technology to drive impact for end-users and for the business. From defining brand systems and designing digital and physical experiences, to building the visual tools and design systems that support them, we do it all. With 70 Song Studios and 4,000+ designers and makers across 6 continents, youll be joining a team working at the frontier of customer experience.

As part of the Design and Digital Products practice, we operate like a studio within the larger Accenture organization: high craft standards, and a direct line between design decisions and shipped products at scale. Our team includes specialists in Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, Experience Design, Immersive Experiences, Visual Design, and Content Design. We partner closely with colleagues across Accenture who bring deep expertise in capabilities, industries, accounts, and ecosystem partners. Together, we take on complex challenges with greater depth, speed, and rigor.

Who you are:

A Visual Design Associate Manager who brings strong conceptual thinking and high craft standards to every project and discipline. You contribute meaningfully to the program's discipline tracks, phases, and visual design direction on your engagements. You execute and shape the aesthetic language, design system, and visual output across touchpoints and program phase outputs such as research, strategy, and UX, under a lead's guidance. You are developing your ability to drive the day-to-day creative workstream with oversight from your lead and support from your junior team. You are also beginning to take on mentoring and coaching responsibilities within the team. You embrace AI as a creative enabler and use it actively in your workflow. You build trusted relationships with clients and collaborators and connect visual decisions to brand strategy and project goals.

The work:

In this role you will have accountability across three dimensions:

  • Client Delivery:

  • Contribute to and help shape the visual design direction on engagements (internal or client) from concept through delivery, supporting quality, aesthetic cohesion, and adherence to project timelines.

  • Think conceptually and translate briefs, brand strategy, and audience insights into compelling visual executions, with growing ability to develop and defend an original visual point of view.

  • Produce high-quality visual design work across brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital experiences, with a strong command of craft and attention to detail.

  • Hands-on and self-directed: take ownership of your workstream, make considered and purposeful design decisions, and deliver production-ready output with minimal redirection.

  • Use AI tools actively in your own workflow to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production, and contribute to the teams evolving AI-enabled ways of working.

  • Engage confidently in client and stakeholder conversations, communicating your design rationale clearly and beginning to develop your presence as a trusted creative voice.

  • Business Development:

  • Document and share how AI tools are changing your workflow, contributing to the practices evolving understanding of AI-enabled visual design.

  • Support the development of proposals and case studies by contributing project work, process documentation, and design narratives that showcase our visual design capabilities.

  • Stay attuned to internal needs, client needs, and creative opportunities on your engagements, flagging potential areas for deeper work or expanded scope to your lead.

  • People & Practice Development:

  • Support and informally mentor junior team members, sharing feedback, creative references, and ways of working that help them grow their visual craft.

  • Be an active and engaged member of the Visual Design Craft community, contributing to shared resources, community discussions, and the ongoing development of the discipline.
