The Work:

  • Lead and manage SAP data migration workstreams, ensuring successful planning, executive, and delivery of data migration projects.
  • Advise clients on best practices for SAP data migration, including strategy, risk identification, and migration projects.
  • Design, develop, and implement data migration solutions using SAP tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit).
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data migration requirements, mapping, and validation rules.
  • Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor project staff, managing performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and execute data migration testing, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
  • Document data migration processes, methodologies, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Support clients in post-migration activities, including data validation, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer.

This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office.
