Responsibilities:

• As a Quality Engineer (Tester, Manual), you will be responsible for ensuring solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior.

• Your day-to-day activities will include designing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure reliable, user-ready releases.

• You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

• Primarily responsible for Test Preparation and Execution activities and closely work with Test Lead in Test Planning.

• Develop comprehensive test scenarios that cover all functional aspects of the solution to ensure thorough validation.

• Analyze test results to identify patterns and potential areas for improvement in the testing process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing strategies and improve overall product quality.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and proposing innovative testing approaches.

• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of testing activities to support transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
