You are:

A Python Developer with Pharma R&D Clinical Systems (Veeva Vault) experience

The Work:

The Veeva Python Developer will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of software components that meet project requirements and quality standards.
  • Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices within the team.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and project goals.

This is a hybrid role and will require three days per week in the office. Primary hiring location is Chesterbrook, PA but may consider qualified candidates in Tampa, Orlando or Nashville.
