Key Responsibilities:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate is required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate For Desktop is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, Engineering Support, and Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows is suggested.
Develop a deep understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative problem-solving environment.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Engage proactively with stakeholders to communicate status, risks, and solutions effectively.
Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and implement preventive measures that improve system reliability.
** Client requires people to work onsite 60% (3 days) and 40% remotely (2 days) per week. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter. **
