THE WORK:
Youll execute the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
Youll perform inspections and observations of civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
Youll verify contractor QA/QC testing, reporting, and compliance with specifications.
Youll issue, track, and close Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and RFIs.
Youll review and manage drawing revisions, redlines, and as built documentation.
Youll maintain quality logs, inspection records, and final QA documentation.
Youll support acceptance walkdowns, punch lists, and final handover documentations
Youll coordinate with site management and contractors to resolve quality issues.
