Full Job Description
THE WORK:
- Youll lead onsite project management services for data center construction projects, ensuring schedules, milestones, and deliverables are developed, maintained, and achieved in alignment with project objectives.
- Youll track and control project scope, budget, risks, and timelines, proactively resolving issues that may impact quality, cost, or delivery.
- Youll coordinate crossfunctional teams, including developers, general contractors, vendors, and internal partners, to drive consistent execution across E2 sites.
- Youll monitor vendor and contractor performance, ensuring accountability, adherence to contractual terms, and compliance with project standards and best practices.
- Youll define, manage, and enforce change management and change control processes, ensuring all changes are documented, communicated, tracked, and implemented consistently.
- Youll facilitate meetings and stakeholder engagements, providing clear status updates, managing open action items, and supporting alignment on cost, schedule, and scope.
- Youll oversee financial controls, including budget alignment, contingency tracking, change orders, invoice review, GMP audits, cash flow projections, and pay application validation.
- Youll support construction activities in the field, applying industry best practices for construction oversight, design review, and quality assurance.
- Youll drive project closeout activities by participating in closeout meetings, tracking issue resolution, reviewing asbuilt documentation, and validating final deliverables.
- Youll maintain ongoing documentation and reporting, delivering weekly updates, managing shared trackers, providing written design feedback, and supporting version control and lessons learned.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
