Full Job Description
THE WORK:
- You'll assist with HVAC DDC and EMS Design and Submittal reviews.
- You'll assist in reviewing utility data and energy usage to identify schools for recommissioning and retro
commissioning. - You'll assist in reviewing EMS, energy data, and alarms to identify no cost/low-cost energy conservation and preventive maintenance measures.
- You'll perform site visits to investigate and evaluate EMS/DDC conditions on identified projects
- You'll scope out and implement low-cost solutions or alternatives to projects/repairs of EMS systems at
existing school sites - You'll respond to trouble calls, calibrate systems, and troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical and DDC problems
- You'll assist in managing In-House Commissioning Projects.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
