THE WORK:
  • Youll act as an advisor and extension of staff for the airport while liaising and coordinating with airport staff, contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, consultants, stakeholders, and other airport personnel.
  • Youll assist airports in formulating and implementing their capital program by understanding the challenges and unique operational characteristics of the airport environment.
  • Youll manage the coordination of multiple projects in both preconstruction and construction while overseeing all aspects of assigned construction projects and engaging stakeholders as required.
  • Youll work proactively with the contractor, client, and program teamincluding other consultantsto identify construction interfaces, assess risks, and mitigate potential threats during project execution.
  • Youll work closely with all airport stakeholders, including airlines, tenants, executives, and municipal officials.
  • Youll assess contractors schedules, change orders, and requests for information in coordination with other consultants and the client.
  • Youll adhere to client and Accenture delivery standards.
  • Youll execute and deliver projects within both budget and schedule.
  • Youll demonstrate excellent peoplemanagement skills and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including executives, through clear discussions and presentations.
  • Youll build and maintain exceptional relationships at all levels within the organization and with clients.
  • Youll lead and work effectively in a team environment or operate independently when needed.
  • Youll lead others or selfstart as required to keep work moving forward.
  • Youll take initiative and make sound, wellreasoned decisions.
  • Youll work successfully in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing needs.
  • Youll perform other jobrelated duties or projects as assigned.
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. Candidates must be willing to travel monthly and potentially relocate to the west coast. 

$210,000 - $300,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
