Key Responsibilities:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
Develop deep expertise in troubleshooting complex software issues and delivering timely resolutions.
Support and guide colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.
Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements that enhance system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support activities with business objectives and technical requirements.
Analyze recurring problems to identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions.
Client requires people to work onsite 60% (3 days) and 40% remotely (2 days) per week. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter.
