Key Responsibilities:

  • As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

  • Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

  • Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.

  • Develop deep expertise in troubleshooting complex software issues and delivering timely resolutions.

  • Support and guide colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements that enhance system reliability and performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support activities with business objectives and technical requirements.

  • Analyze recurring problems to identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions.

Client requires people to work onsite 60% (3 days) and 40% remotely (2 days) per week. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter.
