Credit Suisse has a great company culture and most of the people working there are very nice. The environment is collaborative and inclusive. However, the overall performance of the bank in the last years has been poor. Unfortunately, CS lags behind the top US banks.

The company culture is also good, with teams that are accessible and easy to interact with. Working at UBS provides a great exposure to the industry, and is also a good name in the industry, having also been able to take over businesses from other Swiss banks that did not perform as well.
