Société Générale is seeking an Oversight Analyst for its Compliance team in Romania. The role involves monitoring regulatory compliance, collecting indicators, and supporting oversight activities across group business units. Ideal candidates will have compliance/risk project experience and strong analytical skills.

Primary responsibilities include contributing to monthly/quarterly/annual compliance activities, collecting regulatory indicators, gathering audit recommendations, monitoring incidents, and supporting process optimization within the CPLE Oversight team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of compliance/risk project experience, excellent English and French communication skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, strong analytical abilities, and knowledge of compliance regulations.
