Job description
PwC Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Manager to support international assignment programs. The role involves managing employee mobility, handling immigration-related aspects, and providing strategic advice on global mobility solutions. Ideal candidates will have extensive HR or taxation experience with strong communication skills.
As a Global Mobility Manager, you will be responsible for managing PwC's international employee populations, advising business leaders on global mobility solutions, preparing international assignee packages, and coordinating day-to-day operations related to international assignments across the PwC network.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Taxation, or Accounting with 5-6 years of experience in Global Mobility, expatriate compensation, individual taxation, or related fields. Strong knowledge of Luxembourg immigration law, personal taxation, and social security is essential, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
