Job description
Seeking a highly organized and bilingual Personal Assistant with Japanese language skills for a role in Milan, supporting senior executives with administrative tasks, communication, and coordination.
Primary responsibilities include managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, arranging travel and meetings, handling communications, and providing comprehensive support to senior leadership in a fast-paced financial environment.
