Job description
J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced Executive Director for their UK Corporate Finance Execution/M&A team in London. The role involves leading strategic client dialogues, originating Sponsors M&A transactions, and working closely with international colleagues across various product teams. Ideal candidates will have strong investment banking experience, German language skills, and the ability to develop and deepen key client relationships.
This role is responsible for leading the coverage of designated clients in the Sponsors M&A space, developing and implementing JPM's investment banking business strategy, and originating high-value transactions. The Executive Director will be accountable for strategic client interactions and transaction execution in the EMEA investment banking business.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate extensive investment banking experience, preferably in M&A and Sponsors Coverage. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills are crucial. Candidates must have exceptional communication abilities, the capacity to interact professionally with senior clients, and proven experience in leading high-performing teams.
