Investment Banking - EMEA M&A Financial Sponsors Group - Analyst

Primary responsibilities include supporting senior bankers in executing complex mergers and acquisitions transactions, preparing detailed financial models, conducting comprehensive industry and company research, developing investment presentations, and coordinating due diligence processes for financial sponsor clients across the EMEA region.

Candidates must possess exceptional analytical skills, strong financial modeling capabilities, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure investment banking environment. A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field from a top-tier university is essential, with prior internship or professional experience in investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory strongly preferred.
