Job description
JLL seeks an experienced Facilities Manager in Berlin to manage comprehensive facilities services for client sites. The role involves overseeing facility operations, ensuring client satisfaction, managing teams, and representing JLL in the local real estate community with at least 6 years of facilities management experience.
Primary responsibilities include managing all facility services, coordinating with site leadership, preparing business reviews, procuring goods and services, managing vendor contracts, conducting site inspections, overseeing technical maintenance, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety protocols.
Required experience includes minimum 6 years in facilities management within large commercial organizations, demonstrated expertise in contract management, EU facility legislation knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven leadership in managing facility teams and complex operational challenges.
