Credit Controller

As a Credit Controller, your primary responsibilities include spearheading debt collection efforts, generating comprehensive arrears reports, and ensuring high recovery rates across tenant accounts. You will engage directly with tenants through multiple communication channels to recover outstanding sums and collaborate closely with portfolio managers and treasury teams.

The role requires strong foundational accounting skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and proven experience in financial reporting. Candidates must have GCSE qualifications in Maths and English, demonstrate an understanding of property-related service charges, and possess excellent analytical capabilities to reconcile accounts and resolve complex financial queries efficiently.
