Job description
HSBC is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead Core Banking technology strategy and implementation. The role involves defining and maintaining technology roadmaps, leading modernization efforts, and developing architectural blueprints for complex banking systems across the organization.
This role is responsible for leading and maintaining the technology strategy for Core Banking decomposition, engaging with key stakeholders to influence strategic investment decisions and technology outcomes. The architect will develop comprehensive blueprints, introduce innovative working methods, and provide design authority for technology decisions.
The successful candidate must have proven experience in Core Banking Transformation programmes, migration processes, and building scaled solutions. They should be able to identify key system architecture components, propose solutions that unblock deployments, and have the capability to interact at executive levels within both business and technology domains.
