Gartner is seeking an experienced Corporate CFO to serve as an Executive Partner in their CFO Advisory team. The role involves being a trusted advisor to CFOs of Global FTSE 500 organizations, providing strategic insights, coaching, and helping clients achieve their enterprise goals through Gartner's research and advisory services.
The primary responsibilities include managing approximately 20 senior executive member relationships, conducting monthly consultations with CFO clients, facilitating workshops, leading CFO activities at conferences, and delivering innovative solutions by assessing member needs and developing customized value plans.
The ideal candidate must be a current or former Corporate CFO with extensive experience in developing financial strategies, driving organizational change, and possessing deep knowledge of finance functions, board leadership, financial technology, data analytics, and capital management. Candidates must have Fortune 500/Global FTSE 500 experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with C-level executives.
