Primary responsibilities include analyzing financial performance of acquisition targets, conducting comprehensive financial due diligence, creating and manipulating complex financial datasets, drafting detailed report sections, and supporting business development initiatives across corporate and private equity transactions.
Candidates must possess excellent analytical capabilities, proficiency in Excel, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate prior experience in transaction services, restructuring, or audit. A 2:1 degree in a numeric subject and professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA) are essential requirements.
