Job description
EY is seeking an Organizational Development Lead in Vilnius to drive strategic HR initiatives, develop talent management programs, and support organizational growth and effectiveness through comprehensive people development strategies.
Responsible for leading comprehensive organizational development initiatives, designing and implementing talent management strategies, and supporting the company's overall human capital transformation efforts.
