Candidates must possess a master's or bachelor's degree in HR, business, or IT, with strong communication skills, ability to research emerging technologies and regulations, and fluency in English and either Dutch or French. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel (15-20% of the time) and get certified in SAP SuccessFactors modules.
