Job description
EY is seeking recent graduates or final-year students for a Digital Risk stage position in their Risk Consulting division in Milano and Roma. The role focuses on supporting clients in managing technology and IT infrastructure risks, ensuring compliance, system resilience, and technological security across various industries.
As a Digital Risk team member, you will provide technology risk consulting services to clients, helping them manage digital and technological risk scenarios. You'll work on assessing and ensuring the security, reliability, and compliance of IT systems and processes, supporting organizations in maintaining robust information governance and meeting increasingly stringent regulatory requirements.
Ideal candidates are recent graduates or soon-to-graduate students with a background in economics or engineering. While technical IT expertise is not mandatory, candidates must demonstrate curiosity about consulting and information security. An intermediate level of English proficiency is essential. The role requires adaptability, analytical thinking, and a strong interest in understanding complex technological risk landscapes.
EY offers comprehensive professional development with over 450,000 training hours annually, international mobility opportunities, flexible smart working policies, diverse benefits packages, and a supportive professional environment. The company provides personal career counseling, opportunities to work on projects across various sectors, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
