Job description
A dynamic role in the Service Management Organisation (SMO) at Aon's Client Service Delivery team in Rotterdam, focusing on strategic input, process integration, and collaborative team objectives across various business functions.
Deliver strategic input for the business unit from a specific business function and technical expertise for the Client Service Delivery department. Translate business unit strategy into team plans and functional sub-areas, responsible for integrating work processes within the Service Management Organization of the Client Service Delivery team.
Requires customer-oriented approach with organizational sensitivity, precision, attention to detail, and knowledge of operational risk management. Must be social, empathetic with different stakeholders, decisive, and possess persuasive communication skills. Responsible for executing tasks within the team with integrity, care, and compliance.
