- Minimum 1 year of experience required; 7-15 years of experience in software engineering preferred
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with a modern web framework, preferably React
- Demonstrated leadership in driving large, cross-functional engineering initiatives, including influencing technical direction and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work constructively with product, research, and business partners.
- Track record of building and operating large-scale, customer-facing applications and platforms; experience in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
