We are looking for a quantitative researcher with an excellent background in statistical techniques and data analysis. In this role, you will navigate the full research process and apply a rigorous scientific approach to design sophisticated investment models for trading a variety of global markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Use a rigorous scientific method to develop sophisticated investment models and shape insights on market behavior
  • Apply quantitative techniques like machine learning to vast datasets
  • Create and test complex investment ideas and partner with engineers
  • Join reading circles to stay updated on research papers
  • Attend academic seminars and share insights from conferences

Qualifications:
  • Degree in technical/quantitative disciplines (all levels welcome)
  • Intermediate programming skills (C, C++, Java, Python)
  • Experience with real-world data analysis and deep research projects
  • Independence and creative problem-solving ability

Base pay: $165,000 - $325,000 USD
