Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain accurate, high-quality data across our HR platforms and applicant tracking system
  • Collect and process interview feedback while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Create and manage HR event details within Cornerstone
  • Initiate and supervise HR event logistics through JIRA while coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate conference requests from initial submission to final approval
  • Process and route HR invoices, tracking spend in internal systems
  • Run employee gift administration for milestones and anniversaries
  • Complete all transactional requests and inquiries within SLA timelines based on priority and complexity
  • Partner with HR teams and subject matter experts to deliver consistent, scalable support
  • Update and maintain service process documentation and knowledge base articles

You should possess the following qualifications:

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (inbox management), Office suite, and Google Workspace
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong foresight and lateral thinking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands, operate with diligence and patience, and problem-solve in real time
  • Proven dedication to confidentiality and discretion
  • Process-driven and systems-minded approach
  • Standout colleague demonstrating a deep customer service orientation and patience for handling complex situations

You will enjoy the following benefits:
