  • Support senior leadership messaging initiatives internally, establishing relationships with and managing communications for key collaborators
  • Serve as a bridge between internal and external communications efforts, identifying opportunities to leverage internal work externally and vice versa
  • Help with the build and management of small and large-scale events such as Town Halls
  • Work with HR to plan various HR communications, in areas such as benefits, employee programs and annual processes
  • Monitor and assist in gaining employee feedback
  • Collaborate with third party vendors and the Brand team
  • Support large-scale Marketing & Communications projects, including Investor Day

You should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing or the humanities

  • Experience in financial services, tech or AI fields
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate sensitive projects with discretion and good judgement
  • An ability to establish positive relationships at all levels of an organization and balance multiple partner groups
  • Experience crafting and facilitating events
  • Familiarity with using multi-channel and online solutions for communications
  • Media relations experience not required, but a plus
  • A self-starter, with capability to set and meet deadlines, work under pressure and balance multiple priorities
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Creativity and strong critical thinking skills
  • Be intellectually inquisitive and eager to explore and implement data-driven and innovative solutions

You will enjoy the following benefits:
  • Core Benefits: Fully paid medical and dental insurance premiums for employees and dependents, competitive 401k match, employer-paid life & disability insurance
