Responsibilities

• Monitoring high-volume live trading and portfolio risk
• Contributing to the automated trading operations codebase
• Managing ongoing projects with various Tower support teams
• Coordinating software and hardware upgrades
• Applying programmatic solutions to scale and expand trading operations
• Resolving discrepancies with trading positions, broker statements, and internal applications

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of professional experience in a related field, and a bachelor’s degree
• Scripting skills in Python
• Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail, strong communications skills, and experience making data-driven strategic decisions
• Ability to comprehend and diagnose problems in complex real-time systems with minimal guidance
• Capacity to work equally well independently and as a member of a team
• Strong understanding of trading technology and fluency in technical concepts
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
