Overview

Susquehanna is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team that manages large institutional orders using a mix of third-party and custom in-house software. You will collaborate with trading, development, and engineering teams to deliver new functionality and system enhancements. We value curiosity, problem-solving, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

In this role, you will:

  • Translate business requirements into practical, technical solutions.
  • Manage projects and deliverables, keeping internal teams and external partners informed throughout.
  • Support initiatives that enable high-speed processing of large data volumes across technologies such as .NET, Python, and C++.
  • Drive software delivery and system enhancements using agile methodologies suited to each project.
  • Oversee exchange-driven changes to ensure timely system updates.
  • Lead and contribute to global initiatives.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical concentration preferred.
  • Experience in financial services, particularly institutional trading or brokerage systems, is strongly preferred.
  • 3–10 years of experience in application/system implementation and technical project management.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC; experience with Kanban or Scrum preferred.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Solid grasp of technical workflows.
  • Knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and eagerness to learn.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.
