Join our Recruiting Team as a Talent Sourcer and become part of an energetic, motivated group that directly impacts the growth and success of Susquehanna. What You’ll Do
- Source candidates for a variety of roles across Susquehanna’s business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor research to craft compelling job ads and outreach campaigns.
- Measure the success of sourcing and marketing efforts through data and metrics with recommended improvements.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long-term relationships.
- Contribute to branding efforts and support local recruiting events and sponsorships.
