Overview

Susquehanna has an opening for a highly organized and motivated Infrastructure Inventory Specialist to oversee the inventory and distribution of our technology assets across multiple APAC locations. This role is new for the APAC region and will form part of our global Infrastructure Inventory team, providing local ownership while collaborating closely with colleagues in other regions. You will ensure accurate asset tracking, smooth international logistics operations, and compliance with firm-wide standards. You will also coordinate with internal teams to support the global delivery and recycling of technology assets.

In this role, you will:

  • Accountable and manage infrastructure inventory in the APAC region, collaborating closely with global and local teams.
  • Review, strengthen and apply inventory processes and methodology to best adapt to the growing demand.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT infrastructure assets (servers, storage, network devices, software licenses, office desktop…)
  • Coordinate the delivery of technology assets to datacenters, vendor and partners that comply with local regulation and company standards. Ensure secure and timely handling.
  • Develop report and maintain dashboards on infrastructure asset usage, availability, and demand.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Infrastructure, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Project Management teams to support budget forecasting and cost tracking.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner and arrange yearly stock take of all Inventory.
  • Build and manage workflows for request handling, fulfillment, and approvals.
  • Track and tag all hardware assets; coordinate facilitate inbound reception with local Smart hand partners across the APAC region.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on infrastructure inventory best practices.
  • In this role you will be reporting within the infrastructure organization with a dotted line to our Accounting and Finance group.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional work experience, preferably in large-scale manufacturing and Logistics, corporate or retail stockroom, technical retail sales, or inventory management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in international logistics, with strong knowledge of shipping processes and customs documentation.
  • Proficiency in Ticketing system like Jira as well as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table…)
  • Proven experience in IT asset management, infrastructure management, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software (such as Great Plains or ReQlogic) is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, analytical mindset and attention to detail person, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
  • Experience with IT assets like Arista, Cisco, Dell is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 2 to 3 times a year for inventory stock take and lift-up 20 kilograms boxes.
