What You’ll Gain:

  • Career stories from women at Susquehanna who have built successful paths in trading, research, and technology
  • A chance to ask questions and learn about our culture
  • An inside look at what our Discovery Programme: Onsite will entail

What we're looking for

This opportunity is open to all students, with a focus on women currently in their first, second, or third year of university, studying:

  • Mathematics
  • Engineering
  • Finance
  • Economics
  • Physics
  • Actuarial Science
  • Statistics
  • Computer Science
  • Or any other STEM-related discipline

No prior knowledge of trading or finance is required—just curiosity and an interest in exploring what a career at Susquehanna could look like.
