Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity now exists for a self-motivated, ambitious individual to join as a Junior HR Analyst, for a 12-month contract. Reporting to the HR Data, Reporting and Risk Analyst, you will join a fun team consisting of Rewards, Global Mobility and HR Operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As part of our APAC People Team, you will be responsible for delivering data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across HR and the wider business. With a focus on people insights and data quality, you will help deliver the People data across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards that support decision-making across the HR function.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct ad-hoc analyses across the employee lifecycle to generate insights and drive data-informed business decisions
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and data efficiency
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of data governance practices
  • Execute data cleansing and validation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Relevant academic degree (e.g. HR, Business, or similar)
  • Strong Excel capability and a keen interest in working with data
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a simple and engaging way
  • Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • A curious mindset and high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is an advantage.
  • Exposure to SQL and other BI Tools highly regarded (Tableau, Databricks)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
