We are looking for an experienced Workplace Services and Experience Manager to help us ensure optimal performance and uninterrupted operations across our cafes and food service areas, reception and mail services and conference centre operations. The scope of work will include (but not be limited to) managing janitorial services, waste management, pest control, building maintenance, as well as kitchen and pantry equipment.

Additional responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Planning budgets and managing vendors, contractors and external suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and value for money

  • Have strong budget management and financial acumen with experience identifying cost optimisation opportunities
  • Flexible and reliable team player who can work the occasional early morning and evening hours (with some notice)
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator; can speak comfortably in a large group
  • Take a hands-on, highly collaborative approach to your work
  • Fluent in English
