Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills in IAM, project management experience, and the ability to work with high-level stakeholders.
This role involves supporting the growth of EY's IAM practice by defining and driving go-to-market approaches, leading client engagement teams, and providing technical leadership in IAM solution assessment, design, and implementation. Key responsibilities include performing current state IAM assessments, developing improvement strategies, managing project plans, and establishing client relationships.
The consultant must have at least 2 years of IAM consulting experience, in-depth knowledge of RBAC/ABAC models, understanding of IAM tools like Sailpoint and CyberArk, and a proven track record of managing IAM projects. Strong technical skills, stakeholder management abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly regarded.

The organization provides extensive training opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a dynamic, innovation-focused environment. Professionals can expect career-long coaching, opportunities for skill development, and a commitment to work-life balance.
