This role involves supporting the growth of EY's IAM practice by defining and driving go-to-market approaches, leading client engagement teams, and providing technical leadership in IAM solution assessment, design, and implementation. The consultant must have at least 2 years of IAM consulting experience, in-depth knowledge of RBAC/ABAC models, understanding of IAM tools like Sailpoint and CyberArk, and a proven track record of managing IAM projects. Strong technical skills, stakeholder management abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly regarded.
