Job description
EY Société d'Avocats is seeking a Tax Society Intern in Paris to support experienced collaborators and partners in corporate tax matters. The role involves assisting with tax consulting, strategic decision-making, and international tax operations for clients across various business sectors.
The intern will assist senior colleagues and partners in the Corporate Tax department, supporting missions related to corporate restructurings and acquisitions through a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach encompassing fiscal, social, and accounting aspects.
The ideal candidate will be a law student (preferably with a Master's in Tax/DJCE) with prior internship experience in law firms or companies, demonstrating a strong interest in taxation. Essential requirements include excellent English proficiency, preferably with knowledge of a second language, and the ability to work autonomously while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
EY offers an opportunity to work with leading international clients, participate in global mobility programs, develop new skills through training initiatives like EY University, and engage with specialized technical teams. The internship provides exposure to diverse tax and business law projects, potential international experiences, and a chance to be part of a dynamic, multicultural environment committed to professional growth and social responsibility.
