Account Executive

As an Employee Benefits team member, you will play a critical role in managing insurance program development for assigned client portfolios. Primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing consulting services for risk identification and analysis for expatriate employee insurance, and coordinating daily interactions with clients, specialized insurance companies, and internal colleagues.

Required skills include previous experience in a similar role, excellent computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint), good English language proficiency, strong problem-solving abilities, and commercial orientation. Candidates should demonstrate data analysis skills, precision, interpersonal capabilities, organizational skills, and effective communication and teamwork abilities.
