Only completed the 1st round, which I did not make it past. It consisted of a 20-minute call with someone from their recruitment partner Wiser over Zoom, with basic motivational questions, such as why are you applying to Marshall Wace in particular, why do you want to work in technology. There were also a couple of CV-related questions, but it was a very short interview. Unfortunately, they do not provide feedback, and my opinion was that the interview went well, so a somewhat frustrating experience overall. They didn’t require a cover letter for the application however, which was a positive.
