I am in the 3rd year of a 4 year degree.
What are my options? What can I apply to? It seems I missed the summer internships now. Can I apply at my last year?

If not, what are the chances of securing a direct grad role? What is the percentage of hiring from summer internships directly?

You are late to summer internships by now. I doubt anything is still open.

Most banks won't accept final year students to apply for summer internships (which will be explicitly, sometimes not explicitly stated on their web site - give them a call or send an email to confirm), but there is actually a fair number that do. Those are your best bet, seeing the competition for graduate roles is fierce, and is usually filled up by interns.

Percentage of hiring from summer classes vary year by year (last year for example was low because of Brexit), role by role, and by specific firm. Some companies convert 100% of their summer interns, while some take only like 50% or even less.
