A new bus service called Ultrabus, (approved and supported by TFL), is starting up on Monday 11th Jan, with a direct service connecting CW with Muswell Hill.
It is a non stop service, guaranteed leather seat, air-conditioned bus. It takes about 1 hour each way (using the bus lanes)
Bus departs from Bus Stop B at 390 Muswell Hill Broadway (outlide Little Waitrose) at 07.15hrs and return from Canary Wharf Bus Stop E on West India Avenue at 18.00hrs.
Ultrabus are testing the service this week and offering free seats. The journey time is proving to be in the order of 50mins to 1 hour each way.
Longer term the company will be establishing other point to point routes to CW and the City from locations poorly served by the tube.
