The Strategic Accounts team aims to help Stripes most critical customers grow their business using modern infrastructure to power inventive business models, lower costs, and enable superior experiences for their customers.

As a Strategic Account Executive you will work with Stripe's largest and most critical customers to help grow their business.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for revenue growth for 1-3 of Stripes most strategic customers
- Develop both the long-term vision and account strategy for the team and manage day-to-day relationships, both internal and external
- Be accountable for increasing revenue and stickiness of your customers
- Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape Stripe's solutions to meet customer needs
Who you are
We are looking for a highly experienced sales executive who is a self-starter, demonstrates success dealing with ambiguity, operates in a high-growth environment, and solves complicated problems with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience navigating complex strategic sales, working with internal and customer executives on a regular basis, superior communication skills, and a knack for understanding complex customer needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of technology sales experience, specifically with a minimum of 6 years managing 1-2 strategic/global accounts
- Experience driving complex strategy and relationships at multiple levels
- Ability to build relationships with strategic client and industry thought leaders
- Demonstrated passion for Stripes mission
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and build great relationships with highly technical customers. Also needs to be skilled at driving CxO level strategy and relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
