Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Contribute to a critical skills transformation that supports clarity, mobility and development across the organisation. As a trusted partner, you will drive a key workstream in the Skills Project, turning complex input into clear, validated outcomes used across the business.

You will be part of the People Experience & Development team within the People & Culture CoE in Group HR. The team works across talent, learning and people experiences, partnering closely with the business to create solutions that are relevant, practical and used in everyday work. 

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract (expected duration: 12 months). 

This role does not include a relocation allowance.

You will:

  • Take ownership of the skills selection and validation workstream, planning, preparing and facilitating structured workshops together with HR Business Partners, business leaders and subject matter experts
  • Lead the identification and validation of skills, ensuring outcomes are meaningful, decisionready and aligned with agreed principles
  • Translate workshop discussions and analysis into clear outputs, including skills lists, skill descriptions, rationale and documented validation
  • Ensure strong alignment between selected skills, subfamilies and the existing job architecture, with a solid ability to map and sensecheck consistency
  • Analyse and synthesise qualitative and quantitative input, such as existing skills lists and stakeholder feedback, to inform discussions and recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Group HR and the business, driving momentum through proactive followup and clear ownership
  • Create and deliver clear materials for workshops and updates, including agendas, prereads, slide decks, summaries and action lists
  • Support project management activities such as scheduling, risk and issue tracking, milestone followup and concise status reporting in close collaboration with the project lead

About you:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally from HR, rewards or consulting roles
  • Understanding of job architecture concepts (e.g., job families/sub-families, proficiency levels) and experience aligning outputs to an existing job architecture are considered an advantage
  • A proactive and structured way of working, with the ability to anticipate needs, plan and follow through on actions
  • Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading workshops with crossfunctional groups, creating inclusive discussions and clear outcomes
  • The ability to turn complex input into structured insight and practical recommendations
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate differing perspectives constructively
  • Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to HR and business audiences.
  • The ability to drive a workstream endtoend with limited guidance, while escalating risks or issues early when needed
  • Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
