Your role
Our cross functional teams of developers, UI/UX designers, business analysts and project managers are responsible for end-to-end enterprise application development process using various modern technologies such as front-end (angular- and react-based), mobile applications (iOS and Android) or low-code platform (Salesforce & Dynamics365). They are highly independent, capable in Agile Process and Lean Software Engineering practices. In our daily work we cultivate good communication and culture of feedback. Your project
Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands as well as public organizations to understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following Customer-First approach to address both organization and customer needs.
Your tasks
- Leading role in team of developers.
- Creating modern applications for external clients in JavaScript/TypeScript technology.
- Creating solutions for clients based on design and architectural patterns using the following approaches: DevOps, Domain-Driven Design, Behavior-Driven Development, TDD and 'Infrastructure as a Service / Code'.
- Working in international teams using our best practices and agile methodologies (eg Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Development in area of professional software development, Clean Code, etc.
- Working closely with experienced experts and thus have extensive opportunities to deepen your technical, business and interpersonal skills.
Your profile
- At least 4 years of experience as a Fullstack JavaScript/TypeScript Developer.
- Strong frontend development skills with one or more modern frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue (experience in building complex UI components) and practical experience in backend development using Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js, Nest.js, or Next.js, or alternatively with Java (Spring).
- Knowledge of the SOLID rules when creating the code (the CLEAN CODE rule) and knowledge of Unix, Linux, Github, Bitbucket technologies.
- Preparing unit tests skillfully.
- Experience in designing REST/GraphQL interfaces as well as in designing databases using SQL, Oracle/MS SQL Server/Postgresql.
- Knowledge of NoSQL database solutions (e.g. MongoDB) is nice to have.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions (e.g. AWS, Terraform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Fluency in English and German language knowledge will be additional advantage.
