As a result of Capgeminis continued, success there is an opportunity to join our Commercial Contract Management (CCM) team. The team provides commercial and contract management support for our Cloud Infrastructure Services business. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the continued growth of our business by providing expert, pragmatic commercial contract management support to our sales and account teams and working closely with our clients to secure robust and sustainable contract management.

The focus of the role

Working with a wide range of stakeholders including Account Management, Sales, Solution, Legal, and Finance, you will ensure that risks and commercial risks and best practices are identified, assessed, and managed throughout the full deal lifecycle and applied during service delivery.

Your key areas of responsibility include:

  • Sales phase: shaping deals from a commercial contract management perspective to ensure contracts are manageable during delivery
  • Delivery phase: ensuring contract compliance and identifying opportunities for optimization

You will act as the primary point of contact for commercial and contractual matters for assigned key accounts, advising account, sales, and delivery teams and ensuring Capgeminis compliance with contractual obligations.

As the Contract Manager, you will:

  • Act as a key member of bid and account teams, owning commercial and contractual matters for assigned opportunities and accounts
  • Support large and complex bids (RFPs, RFQs) and lead seniorlevel commercial negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary commercial and contractual point of contact for key client accounts
  • Embed contract management processes and best practices within accounts and across delivery teams
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and alliance partners where required during sales and delivery
  • Proactively manage risk, resolve conflicts, prevent disputes, and identify opportunities to improve margin and commercial outcomes

  • 46 years of experience in commercial contract management for large and complex contracts and/or accounts
  • Customercentric mindset with the ability to build longterm relationships with internal teams and clients
  • Fluent in English; basic Dutch
  • Completed Masters degree in Law, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline
