Your Role

  • Lead end-to-end presales for large AMS / outsourcing deals ($20M+)
  • Convert RFP/RFI into winning solution architecture & transformation roadmap
  • Own solutioning, estimation, commercials, and deal defense (BAFO/negotiations)
  • Drive cross-functional teams & client engagements at senior/CXO level
  • Ensure high win rates, utilization, and contribution to sales/P&L

Your Profile

  • Overall 12-16 years experience
  • Strong AMS/ADM presales + solution architecture experience
  • Expertise in outsourcing models, pricing, estimation & commercial structuring
  • Broad tech exposure: SAP, Custom Apps, Digital, GenAI (preferred)
  • Experience in large transformation deals, vendor consolidation, cost optimization
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
