The Analyst, Payments & Claims will support the Payments & Claims team in Mumbai, handling payment processing, claims adjudication, reconciliations and exception management to ensure timely and accurate settlement. The role includes liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners, performing transactional analysis, operational reporting and supporting process improvements and controls. The analyst will help ensure compliance with policies and assist in root-cause investigations to reduce operational risk.
