Responsibilities: Quarterly technical reserving for P&C and Health portfolios for AXA HK and Macau entities Quarterly IFRS17 basis financial reporting and analysis for AXA HK entities Quarterly and annual HKRBC submission, including solvency and other Pillar 3 submission requirements IFRS17 basis financial forecasting for the current year and strategic planning for upcoming years Implement Macau RBC and Macau IFRS17 reporting processes Modernize BAU processes using Python and AI-enabled tooling Provide support to Head of GI Valuation for management discussion with senior management Support other AXA Group requirements, including Solvency II reporting and Actuarial Function Holder report Manage ad hoc requests or projects as required Ensure adherence to AXA policies, data governance standards, and audit-ready documentation across reserving, reporting, and forecasting work Liaise with cross-functional partners, including Underwriting, Pricing, Finance, Risk, Claims and Operations teams, to ensure business relevance and alignment Mentor junior team members and cultivate a collaborative team culture with morale, capability and efficiency Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years actuarial experience in the general insurance industry Actuarial fellowship preferred Proficiency in Python and SAS preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, technical and analytical skills Excellent written and spoken English Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
