What We're Looking For: Were looking for a qualified actuary with significant (10+yrs) actuarial leadership experience including at least 5 years leading reserving teams in insurance or financial services, with deep expertise in reserving, capital and financial reporting (Solvency II / IFRS). Youll bring a proven ability to operate at Executive level, engage effectively with regulators, and balance commercial objectives with regulatory and customer considerations. Deep expertise in financial reporting (MCEV, IFRS, Solvency II) and a comprehensive understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to develop and execute complex business strategies, coupled with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
